Licensed since 1997, the primary areas I work are Tarrant and Johnson counties, specializing in the Mansfield and Arlington markets. I’ve lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex since 1981. With thirteen years in the business, I have built a loyal customer base and am proud that over 85 percent of my business is repeat clients, and referrals from clients and other agents. I’m committed to giving a very high level of personal service to clients and many have turned into friends over the years. I’m active in the community. A charter member of Mansfield Women’s Club, I’ve served this organization as First Vice President and Secretary. I’ve also served on several committees with the Arlington Board of Realtors including Bylaws, Grievance and Professional Standards. I’m involved in my homeowner’s association and have held the positions of Secretary and Vice President. I’m a committed professional who believes in staying on top of current trends in the real estate field. In addition to the required courses needed to obtain and maintain my real estate license, I’ve taken advanced educational courses and hold the following designations. CRS: Certified Residential Specialist, the “master’s degree of real estate”. ABR: Accredited Buyer’s Representative, GRI: Graduate, Realtors Institute and ePro. In 2009 I received the CDPE: Certified Distressed Property Expert designation after extensive training in working with short sales and homeowners in distressed situations.
